15-Day Return Policy
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions. A 15% restocking charge may be incurred after 15 days, depending on the reason of return. No refund or exchange is allowed after 30 days. You are responsible for safe packaging, the return shipping costs and insurance. If you have purchased with a credit card, the credited amount to your account would consist of the purchase price minus a restocking charge (if applicable), minus the original shipping, handling and insurance charges, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
For product repair, replacement or exchanges, and credit, you must contact us at POP-Hawaii.com for a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) before a return can be processed. Please reference your order number/invoice number on all e-mail correspondence. Returned products should be shipped to the following address:

Please RETAIN shipping and insurance information; which includes the tracking number, until your account has been credited, or until the replacement product is received. If manufacturer determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, pop-hawaii.com reserves the right not to repair or replace the product.
