Shipping and Returns

We promise to do our best to ship all in-stock orders on the same day they are received by the sales department.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Hawaii Standard Time. Orders received after hours and on the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the next business day.

Standard Ship Methods

For alternate shipping methods, please see notes below:

U.S. Mainland (lower 48 states only) - Fedex 2nd day or Ground. Shipping rates are comparable with U.S. Prioirity mail rates.

State of Hawaii - Fedex Next Day Air. Rates are comparable to U.S. Priority mail and shipments are delivered by the next business day. If you do not have a street address or will not have someone available to sign for parcel upon delivery, please contact us so we can make the proper rural area delivery arrangements with Fedex.

Alaska - Fedex 2nd day or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (Best way) depending upon service availability. See notes below.

Guam, Saipan, or other APO AP addresses - U.S.P.S. Priority Mail insured w/return receipt service only.

Other International Orders - Our export sales desk will advise on possible ship methods within 24-48 hours of order receipt. In some cases, credit card sales may not be an acceptable method of payment and, if so, our export sales desk will advise on alternate forms of acceptable payment.

For any Express or next day shipping requests, please contact our sales dept. If you are calling from out of the main 50 states, please contact our export/foreign sales desk.

For any priority mail shipments, please keep in mind that parcel may not ship same day. All priority mail parcels are shipped insured to the full amount and with return receipt services.



Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipped date. Returned merchandise must be unused in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return authorization is required prior to returning an item. Email us for return authorization. Type "RETURN" in the email subject line.

Exchanges can be made for merchandise with manufacturer's defects within 30 days of shipped date and upon manufacturer's inspection and approval.

If you are dissatisfied with a product and decide to return it, a store credit will be issued. This does not apply to clearance and specially marked sale items and must be returned within 30 days of ship date. A 15% restocking fee may be charged.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it was due to our error.
